Demo to Dirt: Residential Grant Program

North Central Regional Planning Commission (NCRPC) is excited to announce the launch of a new housing initiative titled "Demo to Dirt," which will begin on October 14, 2025. This residential demolition grant program will provide financial assistance to property owners for the removal of unsafe or blighted residential structures.

This program will be available for a limited time and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited amount of funding available per county.
